Can anyone who owns this comment if this has coaster brakes (meaning it brakes if you back pedal)?

Looking at the video review of the bike, it clearly has two standard hand-activated V-brakes.

It's possible that it *also* has a coaster brake, but that's very rare. I also don't see a reaction arm, which is almost always found on coaster brake bikes.

So ... I can't be 100% sure, but I really doubt it.

Thanks OP!

Got a bike for my son and daughter

Bought the professional assembly and warranty just in case something happens to them

$22 for warranty is not bad per bike for 3 years

$49 for building the bikes is high but I would rather be safe and get it done correctly

Pretty reasonable still for 2 e bikes
