I think you're wrong, if you sign up 2/21 , not including day of activation, today is 180 day, remember February only 28 days, not 30 days.
you're right, today is 180

So the 4-digit ACCOUNT PIN is in fact the same as the "Port out" Pin?
Yes, you are correct. Sign in to Boost, select settings, and you'll see on the right the option to set or update your 4-digit account PIN here. That's the PIN you'll need to port out. Along with the account number and phone number.

So can I port in a at&t landline phone # to get this deal? My aunt passed away a few weeks ago & we need to cancel her ancient long time phone service. I figured this would be a good way to do it & I could take advantage of this deal then.

How would I go about getting a pin # or can I create a pin #? Also can I use R-Sim for a soft unlock so my son can use it on our t-mobile service until the official unlock comes. Thanks Ron.

What did you do to unlock? Just restart?

How did you confirm unlock?

You can put it in airplane mode as well and then turn on wifi after a few seconds

Or simply go to sickw dot com and enter your imei and click basic info. It should tell you if it's locked or unlocked

A quick question about this Metro-by-T-mobile phones: after I get the iphone 11, and paid for one month's service, how can cancel the service? From what other people said here, I don't need to maintain the line to get the phone unlocked after 180 days. I suppose I could just stop using and paying for the service after the first month - and by the 181 days, the phone will be unlocked automatically?
Do I need to call Metro to explicitly cancel the service? What would happen to my phone number that I ported to Metro? After I stop using it, I will lose the number? Or Metro will keep that number for my account?
Thanks!

Simply don't pay. I would not hand over any credit card to the metro employee. I paid cash for my transaction.

I guess my numbers are lost. I'm not certain. Maybe someone else can reply to that. Or how can I check ?
