At work I walk over 20 miles a day.

Will these hold up and are they considered light?

I have a pair of old PureBoost that I love however, the are becoming worn out.

Check out Asics running shoes. The "cross training" ones, not the lightweight racing ones. I usually get 800-900 miles on them.
