it aged great but if youre automatically comparing to Elden Ring youre setting yourself up for disappointment lol this game is 2 generations ago, but its great, kinda like Skyrim Lite meets Monster Hunter lite... you create a companion character and get others for your party, lots of cool quest and the world is nice , runs good on switch

Highly recommend at this price , its a sleeper RPG

Can't speak for the performance on the Switch, but this is more of an RPG. I've never played Elden Ring, but from what I understand, ER is more akin to a "Souls game." You can Google that phrase for similar games to ER.

Also, loving Elden Ring so much… Is this worth a play if ER was my first game like this? Has it aged well?

I only played this on the Switch, so I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I didn't find anything wrong with it and very much enjoyed the game.

I couldn't get into DD. The fighting is cool..
the game is somewhat reminiscent of early MMOs. It doesn't hold your hand and can be punishing if you are a completionist. Elden Ring is much easier on you than this game.
