I've had instances where I've used a coupon, and later there was another coupon "for first time S&S" that applied fine. But this is Amazon and they have a lot of quirks. I'm leery of how they run the S&S program after being charged more than I agreed to a few times, they use the excuse "we charge the price at the time it ships, not when you agree to purchase it." Hence, found out I bought an $11 jar of $4 peanut butter.

I agree, when I buy at the advertised price … that should be the price.

They at least should post an alert to the item in you S&S Basket that there has been a price increase.

Is there an Attorney here that could comment on the possibility of a Class Action against the bait and switch?
