My guy, saving $20 is worth more than 6 years enjoyment for you?
Also, it's been on sale at this price several times over the past few months, guess you weren't watching too close lol
(I bought it last Jan and like it, and FYI it has a throttle lever, just small)

Other manufacturers could learn something - if it works really well, don't "improve" it. I get so sick of new versions of good products coming out, and they are worse, often much worse.

If anyone figures out the preferred button assignment for afterburners in MS Flight Simulator on this joystick, I'm all ears. I thought it would have an automatic mapping, like all the other main functions, but doesn't seem like it. I ended up temporarily assigning it to the trigger button, while trying to complete some Maverick missions yesterday - afterburners had no default assignment under the menu.

I think the joystick does a good job for all the other common controls, including rudder, steering (you twist the stick) - not pedals, but pretty natural to work with in your gameplay.

Yeah, I used to love joysticks for battlefield games... Then they stopped supporting joystick controls back in battlefield 4 and haven't had a reason to own one since.

In for one....even though I have one for 10+ years now. It works great and for $20 it will just sit in the closet in case the old one fails. Played the Star Citizen, SWG JTL, and SWToR space portion with mine as well as all of the older Star Wars space sims.

Meh. I actually have the Logi Attack 3 already, and I don't play flight sims or games that would utilize it the most often enough to where it would have been a great improvement. I've had this controller in the back of my mind for that long, but never enough to look out for it on sales. Just so happened to get $10 in Amazon credit from a survey last week, so the stars aligned for this one. Nbd.

For console only perhaps? BF4 for PC certainly supports joystick, haven't played more recent BF titles though

I got this and almost immediately upgraded, it's that terrible. I would only use it for something like Tie Fighter vs. X-Wing, or Wing Commander. (Which is to say, games that are 25-30 years old.)

I'm using it on MS FS, and it works just fine. What are you comparing this to? Cost? Plenty of positive reviews on Youtube for those that want an overall review of it. No, I'm not pushing the deal, I just bought it and tried it myself. Suits my needs just perfectly without damaging my wallet.
