update 6/20 - notice of pending deposit on 14th disappeared. still waiting for $100 to show up.
I tried to sign up for a new account and got a "You've been here before" page. Found my oooooooold account that was long closed by going through recovery. Finished my setup and added my $50, but wondering if I'm even eligible at this point since I technically had an account already, although it was long inactive/closed... It forced me to reactivate it to continue. No confirmation email or anything from them.

But, I don't see a box for a promo code on that form. I'm not sure if you can ask them to sign you up for the promo. One approach would be to sign up for an account you don't plan to use, and then once you have online access, sign up for another account online with the promo code.
Signed up last October too and wondering if I can get the promotion again.
