Needing something to replace the recalled Insignia, does anyone have any experience with this oven? After experiencing the efficiency of a compact air fry, it is difficult to go back to a large oven.
It appears to be large enough for a 12" pizza, but seems to be missing a couple functions of the 13-in-1 version and proprietary to Best Buy.

Since air fry cooks so much faster than what I am used to, I doubt if I would ever use 500 degrees, but the Amazon deal sounds reasonable.... thanks.

Well, aren't you the savvy shopper? Seldom do we shop at Kohl's that is about 30 miles away. Their cash rebates always have an expiration date and seldom get used. I don't know if I can give them away or not. Nevertheless, thumbs up and thanks.

Well, I did not need one a month ago.... lol
We see that on here all the time... As one tries to figure out why something is FP, while the same deal prior was down voted, I have to conclude a lot of it is politics. It was probably just your ID...

BUT
It's such a hassle to clean. Foods that are "tall" touches burners and smokes. Got rid of mine that works perfectly and just went with the traditional bucket style.
but I think I am just gonna buy same (updated) Insignia dial air fryer again, because I actually liked it.

The difference between this and the 13 in 1 is that it doesn't have a reheat nor dehydrate option.
However, I just put it down to 250 degrees to reheat.

The function missing from the 13-1 are the dehydrate and reheat modes (though I find 250 degrees perfectly fine for reheating)
However, costco has one on sale too, Oster Digital French Door with Air Fry Countertop Oven, 199-50=149, plus 5 dollars shipping. It seems the costco one is bigger, and perhaps better?

Thank you. Although a novice, I was thinking a specific temperature would replicate what is missing. It looks like one would need to clean this after usage of any drippings before standing up... or perhaps one can just remove the bottom pan for washing and stand it up.

But, in the photo, you can see through the crack where the doors close together and see the contents.
That has to be leaking some heat, right?
