I've had this desk (or one VERY close to it) for 10 years, and three moves. It works well (took off the under the table keyboard holder though - too low to the knees), and is strong enough.

Glass is nice but I'm gonna end up damaging it like my current wooden desk.Especially when I put my bowls or ceramic mugs. Sometimes I step on my desk to reach stuff. This gonna break if I do that.

I've used this desk for years with no issues in a damp basement. The glass is thick and heavy. While I disassembled it for moving, I dropped one of the side wood pieces onto concrete and a part of the laminate popped off. It is particle board underneath but it wasn't warped or expanded.

I have this desk. Bought it a month ago. Nothing on this desk is laminate. It's metal and glass.
Very solid construction. It's not small either. Really a perfect deal
Had this desk for almost 10 years, held well but i started hating it has a computer desk. Went with karlby counter top and alex drawers like million of other people. But it looks much better in my bedroom
For reference, I purchased this desk in June, 2019 for $96.62. So this is still a legit deal without the bloated MSRP.
I do like it, but it's definitely not the best for ppl over 6 feet. The supporting bars that run horizontal can get in the way of leg space. And definitely had to remove the keyboard tray to save my knees.

I've had this desk for almost 10 years as well - excellent quality. I bought a second one a couple years ago and made a large "U-shaped" desk out of the two of them. Heavy glass. The little metal "pc tower holder" it comes with, however, is useless and doesn't fit any reasonably sized tower.

I'm considering about purchasing 2 so I could combine them to increase the usable space to accommodate my 3 monitor setup.
I still have to deal with the small 20 inch width though which is really a step down from my current 30 inch wide 6 foot long desk/table.

Agreed, 10yrs 2moves here
Good, solid desk....relatively easy to assemble.
One drawback is that the glass is VERY difficult to keep clean.
Every couple of weeks, I have to take everything off the desk and get out the glass cleaner.
Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind if thinking of buying one.
