Package quantity is 1, congratulations on getting few washers for couple bucks. Nowhere quantity of 100 is mentioned and not sure why MSRN is set that high in the first place.
1/4" is pretty small as well so can't be used with bigger bolts, for smaller assemblies I think stainless is more useful but I guess you can do some "damage" to Amazon by making them spend more on shipping than what item is worth😏.

Question and answer on item page stated 100 washers per package, though it was 2 years ago. I ordered a few, free shipping tomorrow. No loss either way.

Item weight 0. 3 lb, so i assume it shouldn't be only one piece

I ordered 2 with free prime shipping. I will find out whether it is just 1 washer per package or 100 washers per package when I receive my order. If it is just 1 washer per package, I am out only $0.36+tax, not a big deal. Thanks for the post, OP.

FWIW, ccc does show that the price has generally been over $8 for many years except a good while last year when it was also $0.18.

Was able to order 2 as I can't seem to check out when attempting to buy more; thanks OP.

For such a low price it's worth the risk; shipping is going to cost more than the purchase costs at least. Price history, reviews and questions asked [amazon.com] make the odds in a cheap basterd favor. Good luck to us all...
