I heard the real deal is buy 3 months at a time, then they offer you a free month to enable recurring billing. Then disable rb, rinse and repeat and you only have to buy 27 months worth to get 36.

1. So this is a total of 2 months for $1, or 3 months?

2. Can you immediately cancel to avoid accidentally forgetting to cancel.

It's for 3 months (last time was 4 months for $1?). I created a new acct and did this a few months ago and despite me not having a cc tied to the subscription, somehow it was using my overall PayPal link to my microsoft acct for purchases so I had to stop from renewing I only play Halo on PC now and it's free so I haven't had a need for GPU again, but it was fun to try a few games out.....mostly Forza but I now have a PS5+GT7 so again, I haven't had a need for GPU for my needs. Just a warning about the "recurring".

Yes. Make sure your current GPU sub is expired and max out Gold first.
