According to the Samsung spec page, the details bulleted in OP are wrong.
1, This is a Gen 3 drive, not a Gen 4.
2. Also this drive is compatible with a PCIe 1.3 NVMe not 1.4.

EDIT: I see the details were removed. OP should probably mention the read-write times.

picked up the 2TB version of this drive from Newegg for $149 when they had them. Fantastic drive if you are limited to PCIE 3.0. Replaced my 970 Pro 512gb and it is equally as fast if not faster.

Refurb has 90 day warranty, right? New has 5 year warranty.

I don't know much about these, but do they typically go bad within 5 years? Thanks
