So, this is really cute, and seems like a good price and all of that… why put a bench on something that only holds 45 lbs? This seems like an accident waiting to happen.

So, this is really cute, and seems like a good price and all of that… why put a bench on something that only holds 45 lbs? This seems like an accident waiting to happen.

I literally just got it the other day for my daughters room, it's a good size for toddlers. Wouldn't advise any adults or kids to sit on it. But it does it's job for storage for the toys

Got one to replace a 1x2 Kallax thing in my room. Little more place to put stuff and the bench will be perfect for throwing jackets down instead of keeping them on my office chair. Hope I made the right call here.

I have it in the play room, I have sat on it (145lbs)... it wobbles, but hasn't collapsed. I don't know about receptive use...

Yeah they're durable, they come in a box with protective packaging. The drive from the store to my house went fine.
