Went to Account —> "Seller levels and performance standards" —>"seller performance policy" then at the bottom was "contact us". eBay makes it hard to find the chat. They should not be able to cancel it and blame "the buyer" for canceling it.
Send a message to the seller also to state you did not cancel the order and request a pair to be sent out or you're never doing business with them again.
fyi -- if a seller cancels a sale indicating a BUYER cancellation. Ebay makes an invisible strike against your account. If you get too many of these, your account does get suspended. Go ahead to message Ebay support to ask them to remove the buyer cancellation strike. The chat support will confirm this is a real thing and will remove it once they reviewed what happened here.[/SIZE]

As the seller have cancelled multiple orders on their end, it's possible that an action will be taken against the account of the seller.
We monitor when a seller cancels a transaction without the buyer's consent. We capture this information within the standards we set for our sellers. If they continue to cause these experiences, their account may be restricted or suspended. As this seller violated our policy.
We recommend to directly report the seller on your eBay help and contact page so that our specialized team can review and take action on the account appropriately.
How to report a seller:
1) On your Help and Contact type: "report an issue with the seller"
2) Choose seller violated one of eBay policies.
3) Put seller's username (crocsoutlet)
4) Click "Other" and put your message. Then submit.
I understand that you're concerned that the seller will leave a mark of buyer asked to cancel when you have not requested it on our end. Not to worry, if they continue to use incorrect cancellation reason on their end, our specialized team will be taking an action on their account.
Rest assured, this cancellation will not affect your account, I'll make sure to notate on the account what happened for the team to review.
No worries, your voice won't be left unheard as we take these reports seriously.
If your orders are cancelled, please report to eBay EXACTLY what they are doing.
It's one thing to cancel orders because they refuse to fulfill due to a price mistake, but it's an entirely DIFFERENT thing when their actions as a result of the cancellations are NEGATIVELY affecting your account standing with eBay - especially when all of this is 100% THEIR fault.
Submit a report to eBay using the instructions above if/when your order(s) are cancelled to PROTECT your eBay account (and to enact consequences to the seller for their actions). You will receive a confirmation email after the submission.

Use that link to "Report an issue with a seller" and say that they violated eBay policies by lying about the reason for the cancellation. Since they marked that the "Buyer asked to cancel" the order, we can't leave negative feedback otherwise.

Really cheap crocs for all family
It looks like Crocs are trying to liquidate inventory before the big recession that's coming. JP Morgan came out yesterday and said we have an "economic hurricane" coming. A bunch of brands ordered too much inventory and that inventory was delayed due to port issues. So some companies have WAY TOO much inventory on hands. If this deal actually ships then you know that's exactly what happened. Crocs trying to get rid of as much inventory before the big recession hits and no one is buying.
1) Europe is already in recession and it will get worse. Russia even more.
2) China is already in recession. They're doing their best to hide it.
3) Japan has been stagnant for a while + foreign money not coming into Japan bc Japan is not friendly to foreign investment.
4) Because of the above, and more, USD is still the strongest, most stable fiat currency in the world.
5) Crypto tanked hard so not replacing USD anytime soon.
6) There's a lot of investment money looking for a safe place. The top 10% got richer and the top 1% got much richer last 2 years. Most of that money isn't going outside the US. Actually, more foreign money will flow into USD and the US. It's in everyone's interest to not let US have a prolonged recession.
7) Recession will probably hit the US, but it might be followed by a quick, and sharp recovery (like in 2021) when all that money sees enough discount and start buying. Inflation forces money to go into investments, not sitting idle. Currently, the US (and the USD) is the best place for that investment, regardless of political or economic struggles.
Also, a glut of inventory/material will help fight inflation because there is more supply, dropping prices. However, excess inventory at low prices will be exceptions. Labor and other factors will continue to depress supply.
Apologies for going off tangent but I think a lot of SDers care about maximizing money, be it spending or saving. I've been trying to figure out what to do with my savings so, I've been reading and watching. Still don't know what to do lol. Meanwhile, gonna buy some clogs I don't need to do my part in helping the economy. 🤣
So should i just go with the black ones instead?
