Just got my first bike built and unfortunately I am having electrical issues with the bike already

Probably giving it back

Calling customer support first and I also have an extended warranty so this is a tough way to start

20" wheels, definitely for kids, kids who are less than mid-teens. Small adults is a stretch.

Yup, checked into it when I received shipping notice on one that I had purchased earlier that I was afraid wouldn't go through, and then they updated to a week later.

They are back in stock, so ordered 3 more for the grandkids.

Purchased and the bike will not engage. The power turns on, but the low and high levels blink and will not accelerate. No resolution found yet, so may need to use the warranty.

Purchased, then cancelled after reading all the issues people have with them. When they work, they are great but too many issues for me to want to deal with.

Pretend it's a folding bike as that's the size they mostly use. That said, if looking for a folding bike, Citizen has great bang for the buck bikes.

Most reviews were positive only a few bad ones and they were all related to the derailleur being bent or battery bracket broken upon delivery. Have not seen a lot of electrical problems except the guy in this thread

I ordered 2 during last week's deal and changed my mind and cancelled the order and today I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking number .. waiting to see if they try to charge me for the order I cancelled a few days ago
