True, but as a fellow minivanner, there's something to be said for no extra wires, HDMI converters, charging, or theft concerns. Not to mention car interior temps. OEM equipment just handles it all better.

Then the kids fight over what to watch and you give them both devices Wink

/still buying lots of cheap dvds for the car

Right I think the same thing. But then again, I was at Target yesterday and saw Turning Red on DVD (!) for I think $23. Sometimes they just have a sale.

In general though I'm worried they'll stop making these, since most people stream nowadays. I have Disney+ but still bought several of these because I enjoy owning physical media, but I think people like me are a dying breed.

You could just download the movies onto iPads, phones, or any other devices for off-line watching with Disney + for free.

Raya is sold out. Is this movie particularly popular with kids? It feels like a good chunk of the Disney alerts I get are for this movie's toys and they do well. But it doesn't feel as obviously popular in conversation as, say, Encanto or Frozen (in its time).
