This is cheaper because it is a cheaper build. For some reason, Amazon has the better latch and grate for the OP version of the Triton series.
And if you don't mind using a match, here is a similar version [target.com] from Target's version without the piezo push button deal for $30 cheaper ($48.49) with a lot better reviews. Not a Triton that is a bit gimmicky and steadily cheapened, they all seem to use the same knob valves that you turn and turn with the same fragile gas line connection.
While all are made in China, there are now many versions of Coleman stoves. Not so odd, 40 year old used ones in decent shape bring more money... especially the dual fuel.

With propane, it's lighter, more convenient, and the flame maintains consistent pressure.
With the dual fuel lantern, it's more fun to use, it has a little bit of flicker like a candle, and you can source gasoline in a pinch if you don't have white gas (naptha). The fuel is cheaper overall with the dual fuel, but the upfront cost is a little more.

Propane is convenient but costs more in the long run. I usually camp for a week at a time and use about 2/3 a gallon of camp fuel. That's about 24h of lantern and 20 hot family meals for under $10. Unleaded gas would be even cheaper but you'll have to do maintenance way more frequently since it doesn't burn as clean. I would be using 5-6 small bottles of propane for roughly $25 otherwise.
I recently picked up a couple of them. Obviously this is an apples to oranges comparison being that Coleman is superior. If you need something for that one camping trip a year consider the Ozark Trail 2 burner.
