Btw was able to price match at a local Lowe's that had the saw listed at $299 but actually had the stand there too.
Had to speak to the store manager but they ended up having to cancel the order completely and rerun the entire order.
Since the deal was over already they marked the stand as free and the saw was priced down to 199$.
I have a Ryobi miter with slide feature and laser thoughts on whether I should keep this one or just return it, get my 200$ back and keep stand for free?

Your right 7 isn't being hammered. But maybe enough to at least check into it. Some care some don't. Who knows they could have had 7 orders, but some of those could have ordered several.

I'd still be willing to bet the orders going through, those stores had little to no orders.

This is a great deal. I bought this set a couple years ago for around $300. I was able to sell the stand for $200, so $100 for the saw with a little work. For those who got in on this deal, your saw can be nearly free if not free if you get rid of the stand.

I use saw horses and something similar to plywood to sit my saw on. I like some working space with the saw.

The saw should fit in the backseat. Roll down both back windows and slide the stand through windows it will sit nicely resting on top of the saw. It will extend out of your windows for about a foot each sides I drive a Honda Accord and I did that earlier today. Lowe's was going to cancel my order if I didn't pick up today so I took a chance. Good luck
