I'm part of the #shoppingcartlife movement, and keep it in my shopping cart. Once I start getting thrown out of public places in summer because of hygiene, I try to find an alley where I can set it up. I can usually find a hose spigot that I'm able to open with pliers to fill the shower bag. One complaint I have is the shower bag hangs pretty low when it's full, and I have to crouch to get under the bag.
The divider does a pretty good job of keeping the dressing side dry. I will wash some of my clothes during the shower, wring them out on the shower side, and then hang them on the towel bar on the dressing room side. I don't use the fly much because it makes it too hot, and I rarely have this thing up in the rain, and if I do, it's under a bridge usually.
Anyway, if you're #shoppingcartlife, this is a good buy if you can afford it. I got both mine off the clearance shelf at the walmart in my city.

Some people who live very minimalist nomadic lifestyles who use bathroom facilities much like you described, and they are some of the happiest and least stressed people I know.
Not everyone buys the idea that we need to work like slaves to pay for apartments that we're barely in unless we're asleep because of work, commute time, etc.
If you have some time to kill, check out the channel "CheapRVLiving" on YouTube. The guy makes a lot of sense if you suspend disbelief and consider what he says.
Obviously, this is targeted more for single people or couples who have very few attachments to things like house payments, children still in school, etc.
