The one from Best Buy is currently not on sale. I have missed the $1000 sale so got the Costco one. Not sure about the difference but Costco definitely have better return policy and warranty.

trying to revive this thread - curious if anyone bought this and had issues with the chair and needing to contact the manufacturer directly. Seems there is no support for it.
