Which card you using for 3x for online purchases ?
Full name is AT&T Access More. No longer available, but it had a great signup bonus of $650 towards a phone purchase after a certain spend (free iPhone 6 at the time) and 3x thank you points on online spend. Has the normal citi 2 year warranty extension. There is a $99 annual fee, but if you hit $10k in spend for the year you get 10,000 points which basically offsets the fees.
Hmmm I have 160K points saved on my Citi Prestige. Wonder if I should cash out… I keep saying I'll use it for travel but never do.
Citi is almost 100:$1 for travel aren't they?
I keep using my Delta and Chase Ultimate points for travel…
So this deal is better for 80:$1 and I'm in middle of a Reno so the Lowes cards will come in handy…
If you hold a prestige the best value is use the points for a hotel stay of 4 nights.
You'll effectively get 1.25 cents per point since you get 4th night free on the card.
If you never use 4th night free it's pretty hard to justify even having a Prestige at this point... annual fee is $245 more than the travel credit.
$245 is easy to make profit over with 2 annual uses of 4th night free (or even just 1 use in some cases)--- but without it all you're getting is a longer extended warranty.... (plus a couple other benefits many other cards offer like cell coverage and priority pass)

I get my Prestige, Amex Platinum, and Chase Sapphire all for free. So I'm not really losing out on it. But yes the Prestige is my go to card if I want to buy something with 2 year warranty extension verus 1 form the other cards.
Plus the Prestige gives me 0% interest for the next 4 years.
As I understand it you don't need to use points but can just charge for the 4th night free... regardless we never stay at hotels long enough and we don't have a vacation planned coming up anytime soon.
Decided to cash out all my points, $2K worth of Lowe's giftcards for 160K points is pretty good.
I have the Citi Double Cash card and wasn't pleased when they moved from cash back to TY points. We are, however, in the midst of a home reno, so I'll take 20% off Lowe's gift cards! Thanks for sharing (and teaching me not to be so bitter about my TY points)!
The ThankYou points on Citi Double Cash and Custom Cash can be redeemed for statement credits at 1:1 ratio and without all of the restrictions inherent to the TY points on the ThankYou card.
From my sears master citi card I get the following error when it redirects me to thankyou. I was able to access last night but had an issue where I need to call in but now can't even access to redeem my points.
We're Sorry
THE REWARDS SITE HAS ENCOUNTERED AN UNEXPECTED PROBLEM.

Thank you for your patience.
Update: For some reason my account on thankyou was locked. A call fixed the issue. Redeemed 22000 points!
I keep checking Discover card for the 20% bonus. Only 10% now on Happy cards and Home Depot. Will wait for a better day. UnderArmor is 25% bonus. Wish they would do the 50% Shell gas cards again. That is sure needed with the price of gas.
