I usually used those e gift card right away for some stuff at Lowe's then pick up and return to load it back into the store merchandise card. It's safer that way. Lost the ability for online order, sure but I have lost the whole e gift card before which is worse.

Thanks op got 10 in 3 minutes. Wife ordered 10 and it took 3 hours. Used all right away to save 100 on a freezer.

i orderred cards.Several hours later i get "Hello,We apologize,however your order #xx has been declined..we are unable to provide reason why". I called my bank&they said that it was approved!.SO.I tried ANOTHER CARD.Then the SAME THING happened! Is MEIJER a SCAM??

Don't know why but I see two ($450) pre-authorizations on my cc.

This was not a Citi card.

Edit: I checked with my credit card company about the charge. They said they did not decline the charge.
SAME THING happened to me ......TWICE......Is Meijer running a SCAM?

I put the order in. And it accepted my order for the gift cards however then several hours later I got a email from them that said my credit report card was declined. However I called my credit card company and they said that it was not decline. So then I tried it with a different card and went through the same thing again. It seems so the running some sort of scam or something

Didn't have any issues with this. Thanks OP, ordered 6 of them. Got the digit gift cards within a few hours of buying.

Note it only allowed me to use 5 gift cards per order (on the Lowes website), which defeated the purpose of me buying 6 in the first place. Beware.
