Seems like a pretty good deal. I'm in the market for a 50" for my bedroom. Doesn't need to be top tier, is this as good of a deal as I"m gonna get.

I bought this in Nov from bestbuy ($399). I don't use a soundbar with it, sound is pretty good. It's bright, no easy way to dim it. I prefer google chromecast w/ tv over the built in android and have xfinity cable with X1 remote. I have to use all three remotes the TV, cable box and gccwtv. The Hisense is only needed to change the inputs. The XR1 remote won't do that unfortunately. All in all I think it was a good purchase for the price, and just the size I needed for the space.

edit: came with a LOT of styrofoam I couldn't recycle. I wish electronic mfgs would come up with a 'green' packing solution.
