Waiting for rtings review, but given that it's the successor to the u6g, this should be a great tv for $430.

I would prefer Hisense / TCL Roku TV over this. Very simple layout and easy to navigate.

No real difference from the g version. Seems like pure software bumps. The 7, 8, and 9 look to have atsc and other enhancements

U8G will still be far better than this. There is a U8G replacement coming though. As an owner of a U8G, I won't be replacing anytime soon. This TV is amazing and should be for the next 4-5 years

I wasn't necessarily saying the U6H would be better, but more extrapolating what the higher tier models would bring to the table.

I actually read rtings' review on the U9DG and it sounds absolutely amazing for movies, but not so much for gaming. So maybe I'll be okay for a while after all.

According to rtings, the U6G is very bright and the H has the same 'light' specs, so should perform similarly. I just ordered one for my patio... considering the H is selling at the same price as the G, it's a no-brainer.

According to the hisense website the 75" U6H has "up to 48 local dimming zones". The U6G has 60 local dimming zone. This sounds like a downgrade for the new model.
