Did you try alternate browser or login/logout? Also, add a item (like the ignite slide, if that is not what you are buying) , then add your item, then login, proceed to checkout, then remove the ignite slide. I did not have an issue on my end, I am in Chrome, on a laptop. Mobile might be what the issue is.

Sorry to ask you but if you are willing, can you try adding something over $75 with your item, then remove the $75 thing and see if the free shipping sticks when logged in?

So I was able to get it to work. I'm on iPhone 12, I added it to cart, went to the address part of checkout then came back to SD app and clicked the selected link which had me logged into FLX already from trying the link before(maybe?). Once it said I was logged in I clicked my cart from the supplied second link which changed it to free shipping and got it all for $16.01

i closed all browser, then clicked on the flex link above, logged in and it started me off on the flex member page with points. it still had my items in cart and when i looked the shipping free finally applied.
