not sure if anyone else has been having issues with Fandango orders. lately, it just keeps erroring out at final checkout despite payment method. tried Paypal, Credit card, Fandango GC codes. all result in errors. wind up placing orders directly with AMC after 1/2 dozen tries on Fandango.

I had an issue last week but was able to place an order an hour later. Bought a ticket a couple days ago and 2 tickets today with no issues. I am placing orders on a laptop.

I checked and the past two tickets I bought- yesterday and today, qualify for the double points.

I tend to use the $5 promo at VUDU, to purchase a digital movie - lots of $5 weekly sales on 4K MA titles!

Getting tix had been smooth for me most of the times.

If it is their GC via fandango.com, good luck. I tried like 50 times with all kinds of payment methods. The orders go through but would be cancelled later due to "security issue". When I email their non-existent customer service, they usually reply in a month saying it is my payment provider (VISA, MC, AMEX, Paypal) that have issue and never them. LMAO

Sometimes the movies they offer for the credits do not change weekly as they say. When I was trying to use mine around Feb, they were the same ones over and over and I had previously watched those movies. I think they were house of gucci, spider man, crawford the dog and dune.
