It should be noted that these are evga 'b-stock' which are used or refurbished or scratch and dent.

A bunch of them were cheaper over the weekend also.

Could they be used? Possibly mined out cards?

I doubt it. They come with a warranty. EVGA is a reliable company.

Hold the line for that 3080 for 400$ boys. It's coming. Especially when the new Nvidia gpus are to be released and when ETH is restricted from mining. That is the perfect storm for the fire sales. Watch them roll in one all at once. The only problem you will have is choosing the maker of the card. HOLD THE LINE!

Hope you're right, built a new pc this year but still in need of a new gpu, 1060 is showing its age.

Is there a free shipping code? I'm seeing a shipping charge for $23-$56 depending upon method. There doesn't seem to be a free shipping option.

**UPDATE**

Neer mind. I registered one of my 3080 cards so that I could become an Elite member and now have free shipping. I had forgotten about that.

I agree. My build has been on hold forever due to the foolishness of these companies/shipping bs. I refuse to get on wait lists or pay inflated prices to satiate these greedy f*$%s. I'll get a 30 series once prices normalize and not before. And it's not going to be overpriced B-stock either lol.

Does "Hold the Line" mean six weeks, six months or years down the road? My daughter wants to build a gaming rig over the summer.

If you need it now, then go for it. I doubt you will see a cheaper 3060 unless you are going eBay or local second hand marketplace. At least this comes with a 1 year warranty

For the past few months prices on GPUs have been dropping every month. If that trend continues you could maybe / probably expect to see 10-30% lower average prices if you can wait another month or more.
Course its anyones guess how much or how fast prices will be dropping. Lots of people expect faster drops whent he new gen cards come out but hard to know how fast that will happen.

Great deal (get another >$11 off using an associates code from anywhere). 12gb of VRAM is ideal for creative work that needs it the most, while anything beyond RTX 3060 is overkill (e.g., don't care about gamer fantasy garbage). Prices will only dive by few bucks at this price point on A-stock and never down to this B-stock pricing, so why wait?

Meanwhile it's $389 brand new at BB: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/evga.../6454329.p

Refurbish prices are not that bad and with a 1-year warranty. I saw the 2060 6GB version for $270 or $262 w/ EVGA Associate code.
EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 XC BLACK GAMING, 06G-P4-2061-RX, 6GB GDDR6, HDB Fan
The good is faster than 3050, the bad is the 1-year warranty and 1 fan (use 2.75 Slots and it is a short thick fat card).

No way you will ever see a new 3080 for $400. I am waiting for a 3060ti to hit $400, then I will bite.
