I've bought from this seller before and they are legit. If the recall they have some sort of crazy deal with Walmart I read in some random forum (not sure if true) but they basically get returns and old stock for pennies on the dollar and resale.
I got an LG 4.1 sound bar (open box) was brand new, sealed and sounded incredible. Was normally $400, got it for $75.

90-day seller warranty (optional 1-year warranty for $10.99) - I think in this case this may be worth adding this. Even if it fails after 12 months, you'd have paid roughly $14 a month for the TV and warranty.
Personally, I've come to a realization that I'd rather spend a little more on a well-reviewed new TV (LED/QLED, not even OLED) that comes with a 1+2 year warranty that comes out to the same monthly price calc.
