Edit: I see now this is probably because I previously had GPU so I am no eligible for the promotion. If I agree to the $14.99 per month price, is it a one time charge then the rest of my Xbox Live subscription will convert 1:1? Or do I have to pay $14.99 a month in addition to the price I already paid for the three years of Xbox Live membership? Basically $14.99 + $2.33 ($28 / 12 months)?
Edit 2: I figured it out myself. If you are in my situation (lots of Xbox Live months but not a Game Pass Ultimate member), when you upgrade, you pay a one time $14.99 fee then the rest of your months gets converted to GPU without any extra monthly charge. This is well worth it.

Wait until you expire, redeem 3 years of Live Gold, covert to Game Pass 1:1.
You can extend it now, but the conversion rate (find link posted earlier in post #85) is not as good as 1:1.

Still a good deal, but it seems like the total amount of Game Pass Ultimate time is capped at 36 months.
I am now getting the following error when trying to redeem: "Try that again

My IP is in the US, my microsoft account is based in the US (in my profile), and I got the global region codes, which eneba says should work for the US. I filed a ticket with them, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Anyone else had a similar issue?
