Should this Promo Code P038 or 2022 UMTS Apple Upgrade P1 appear on the Return Shipping Label?
Mine only stated: Trade Details - (Make & Model) - Apple iPhone 4s 16GB White - Generic
1) It took >2hrs to complete the transaction.
2) The CSR asked for my SIM card number (ICCD) and said "I see this number/sim is connected to a Samsung S22 Ultra" which was the phone it was in before the iPhone 4S.
3) I sent a screenshot of the Tmo app showing that number (and sim) was connected to the iPhone 4S.
4) Dude said I qualified for P038 to which I said "awesome" and we went through the "this is how much you should expect it to cost"
5) I summarized the transaction with:
5a) I qualified for the P038 Promo
5b) I purchased an iPhone 11 64 GB for $499 on a monthly EIP over 24 months
5c) I will send in my iPhone 4S and receive $430 in trade-in credits over those 24 months
5d) I've also paid xx.xx which covers taxes on the iPhone today
which the rep agreed to.
My question at this point is:
When did you get a confirmation that you qualified for the P038 Promo? I've already received texts that I placed an order, accepted the iPhone 4S trade-in as $0 (and hope that the P038 promo attaches after), etc. I'm hoping maybe the CSR was able to DIS-associate the S22U from the SIM and associate the 4S to it so it will properly connect the promos.
