Picked this up in store yesterday, but it looks like they've got it online as well.

It was previously selling for $30, which I could never bring myself to justify. When I saw it had been dropped to $20, I decided to pick one up. Looking at Amazon, HD, and Lowes for similar tools, this now looks like a properly slick deal if you're a Sams Club member.

It uses micro-USB for charging and does include its own charger and cable. Nice selection of bits included that I expect will be useful for putting together furniture or doing maintenance on my bike.

I had picked one up before we moved, so I would have something lighter to disassemble and reassemble things. I am paid full price and loved it. When I saw it reduced I bought another one as a gift.
It run a long time on a single charge and has pretty good power.

In for one. Another nice thing about this kit is the inclusion of a stubby handle for the bits to allow manual use if your application calls for that. Good on you, Skil. And, tho I've not yet tried this myself, one reviewer indicated that power/torque level delivery is well-controlled by trigger. I'm hopeful that will prove to be the case. FS for Plus. Thanks, OP!

I don't know if this is a critique but 20 years is a long time for a battery. Is it even lithium?

Old school micro USB plus a non replacable battery? It looks nice and convenient with the case and all but Ryobi's 4v USB system might be a better choice if you're going to use it a lot.
