I've had the 2135SP model for a few months now and love it. Gave my Toro away a few weeks later.

Man, I'd love that zero-turn, but a season of professional cutting on my 1/2 acre is $900 .... hard to swallow 6+ years worth of pros doing the work for me.

Way overkill for a 1/2 acre too

How does this compare to the $250 Ryobi lawn mower at Home Depot? Your friend has shared a link to a Home Depot product they think you would be interested in seeing.

I have had an Ego mower for 4 years. The self propel died on it and customer service was great. My local repair place stopped working on EGO, so Ego just sent me a new mower. Not even a refurb, an actual new one.

Is this the Centic or the Tistic model?

Great deal. I am currently going through ego warranty hell with my mower. One of the relays went out, while under warranty, and the local repair shop ego referred me to put me on a waiting list for the repair, #7 with no idea as to when they could get to me. Completely unacceptable in this day and age. Another call to ego Monday morning.

Do they have mower sales at the end of the season? Or is this the best it'll likely get?

Bought in on this deal a year ago. I've been mostly satisfied with the mower - but the battery doesn't last long enough to cut my lot (0.37 acres, less a 15' natural area in the back and the house itself). It doesn't do well on unflat land, and I found I had to cut my grass (bermuda hybrid tiftuf) higher than I'd like. It isn't a perfect cut, but it looks 10x my neighbor's weeds.

I've now bought into the infrastructure, and have 6 tools - 2 leaf blowers and a back pack blower (leaf blowers are awesome), hedgetrimmer (better than my Ryobi), chain saw and weed whacker (haven't used the last 2 yet). I've bought most from Acme tools refurbished - check them out for sales. I bought in so that I can plug in another battery while the mower 7.5 is recharging.

Why do Posters keep regurgitating the same deal that's been going on for months?

Judging by stocks. These are 2 months away from going on clearance. But we'll see

How does ones stock price in an inertially overall shitty market across the board an indication of "clearance."

The ego brand of lawn care power tools are the best selling in the industry lol.

I was wondering as well. I was mower shopping a couple weeks ago and these were all the EGO prices then.

>. It doesn't do well on unflat land,

Thats exactly why I returned my EGO Mower and went back to my Kobalt 80v. I have a *bumpy* yard and the ego was awful dealing with it, the 6-7 year old Kobalt does a much better job... which is a bummer because everything else I have is EGO and I'd like the mower to be tool. The weed whacker and chainsaw are phenomenal, way more power than any other brand I've tried and even with the 2.5ah the chainsaw lasts nearly as long as my back does...
