Yeah, so these Samsung mail ins are just for the screen replacement. I work at a UbreakiFix, and the kits we get are screen + frame of device + battery. I'm assuming a Fold they're only going to replace with a new frame and battery, not sure if they even do just screen repairs for the Folds and Flips due to design.

We have the Verizon phone protection plan and it cost me 30 bucks to fix at a local UBreakIFix.. Very convenient.

Not surprising. They need users to upgrade to newer devices which may not happen if they allow cheap battery upgrades. Now that they support flagship phones for 4+ years, it makes no sense to for folks to upgrade to newer devices. If they can fix a screen for 50 , they can definitely do the same for battery as well.

My s9+ cracked both front and back. I wonder how they handle this? Would there be shipping charge both ways if it doesn't work out? Is there a way to contact them to ask these questions before sending the phone out? Thanks.
