Bought the BR 800 twin last time it was on sale from buydig... absolutely the best bed in our house. I can never find a bed that I like and bought this for my son as a test run to see if I'd like it. Every night I get in his bed to read stories with him, I never want to get up. Can't recommend it enough. Buying a full size for my teenager and a queen for myself.

Bought two of these a little over a year ago. Very good beds. It's on the firm side. I'd say medium-firm. I bought a topper from Costco that made it softer

Bought a King last summer and it worked out great. One of the corners didn't fully expand, but I called AmEx and they refunded me $300 of the price.

Bought two full size ones in March and those turned out great. No issues with those.
