same. I applied 3 times in 2 months but rejected with the same reason. Gave up
Same for me too. This one is hard. My credit score is about 820 and it has been at least 15 years to apply for a Citi card again and was denied due to other credit card.
I got denied for this card in July. I have 300k household income, excellent credit score 800+, under Chase 5/24 rule, been approved for all major premium cards (Chase Sapphire Reserve, Capital One Venture X). Is it worth applying again?

No idea, I called and they said too many cards open but I've opened less than 5 in 24 months. After I got denied, I joined Costco and got the Citi Costco card. Citi also increased the credit limit on my Double Cash by 50%.
After reading the comments, I was worried I wouldn't be approved because I have low credit usage, but luckily I was instant approved with 11k credit limit. For reference, my credit score is around 800-810 with 3% credit usage.

I already have a double cash, not sure if Citi would let me have two Double Cash cards!
I don't see why not. I had 3 Chase Freedom cards at one time from downgrading other cards. They don't care.
