It also showed clearance in one other store. All the rest were 299.
The two clearance stores did not show any price other than "clearance" so I don't know if they were matched at the same price
Does that site even work anymore for accurately showing price and stock?

How often do you need a 12" slider?
Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank lilsqwert
The laser is super helpful and actually right on the money.
The bevel makes 45 edge cuts a breeze.
The turn table helps when you have to account for a non straight cut.
The sliding extension is a must for cutting anything wider than a 2x4.
It's got it all
There's alot to like about this miter saw but if you're just someone looking to do some trim work you don't need a 12 inch miter saw. You're just taking up space in your garage/shop, buy a 7 inch one and make your life easier. On the flip side if you're wanting to get into serious wood working then buy something higher end. Buy once cry once.
I started on the 10 inch miter saw and ended up giving it away after a few years and upgraded. It would of saved me month to just buy the nice one right away.
Also this miter saw had an LED cut line and not a laser like another poster said. The LED cut line is far superior to a laser.

I'm not serious into woodwork but at those prices I couldn't pass up. Like you said, buy once cry once. DTO just sent me a shipping notification today.
That's why I asked an associate to scan it cause I figured it was just a mixed up tag but it scanned in their system as 160. Proof in original post.

And I'll echo what another poster said, this thing is huge. I have an old Harbor Freight or similar off brand hand-me-down from my pops that was literally 20 years old so this will be a massive upgrade.
