I have the $300 per year plan with 8GB data and I've been on the phone with customer service. They wont change my data to 16GB. I was on the phone with them 35min to argue. I asked for a supervisor and they hung up. I'm not giving up though.

I've been using this $300/yr deal for 3 years and I'm very happy with it. I was paying sprint $90 and when I went to renew they tried increasing it over $100/mo. Fed up I tried Mint Mobile, it wasn't great and I canceled - even the cancelation process was a PITA. Then I tried AT&T and I recommend it to anyone who asks.

For $25 a month, there are better plans that aren't just for a single year. Visible mobile is $25 a month for UNLIMITED on Verizon's network, which is better anyways and includes 5G. This is just one of the plans, there are others like it.

Stuck in a weird state, att said I activated, showed my port in phone number and 16gb plan, but I can not make any phone call. I did receive a message from att with link to activate. I tried to put in my old visible sim and that still works. Not sure if I need to call att or just wait.

Red Pocket is a excellent MVNO. I'm using a AT&T locked phone with them.
It's excellent when it works. My wife has been dealing with slow data for no obvious reasons. We tried everything CS told us and it doesn't improve. I am wondering if she is in an AT&T congested area and been throttle by AT&T. Red Pocket CS is not been able to tell us why she is facing data slowness. CS event escalate to tech team but it is never fully resolved. So I am going to try to switch to AT&T prepaid and see if it resolves her data slowness issue.

Anyone having trouble switching, which is probably everyone porting out, get in touch with AT&T support on twitter and they'll take care of everything for you. Their handle is @ATTHelp They are really helpful and courteous.

I switched 4 lines from Visible to this yesterday and the process is terrible. Customer service is nonexistent, it's a catch 22 all the way through. But once I found their twitter it was painless.

Don't you need party pay (4 lines) to get $25 a month? If only 1 line, it's $40. Am I missing something?

Yes, but there are others with $25 unlimited plans. Plus, it's not hard to get family and friends on board for that cheap. If you can't get family and friends on board, there's even Reddit groups for Visible customers on shared plans.

Why would you switch from unlimited on Verizon's network to data capped on AT&T's? Not trying to criticize. I'm genuinely curious

Could someone compare the signal/speed between Post & Prepaid AT&T? I'm will TMO, and not happy with my signal at all.

I would recommend you sign up for a 30 day period on the 15gb plan for 40.

Your service will depend on your location and towers around where you are usually around.

Again, you are correct that this is on verizon's network but this is heavily heavily deprioritized

Again search real life experiences on redditt before saying it's equivalent to verizon postpaid

Never said it's equivalent. But deprioritized or not, I'd still rather unlimited than having to be concerned about running out.

Sure, when you cannot even access google maps on visible your unlimited data is useless.

And 16gb is pretty decent wifi is everywhere

There is always 5G unlimited max on att prepaid for 50 a month or less in a family group as low as 34 a month.

Enjoy your visible unlimited data !

Fair. I've got Verizon unlimited for 30 a month and I easily hit over 50gb monthly with no issues or noticeable slowdowns. Have no need to switch to Visible but I know on paper it's the best bang for your buck plan you could get.

I challenge you to try visible for a month vs your verizon main service. Most everyone states that there is a clear drop in quality from verizon to verizon prepaid to visible.
and many people move to mainline carriers such as att prepaid cricket
