"According to the latest information from supplier, the base materials of the Damascus is compound by 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV."

Some of my favorite knives are made by civivi. However the "Damascus" versions are terrible—but I'm sure the target buyer doesn't care as long as it's purty.

I'm told by DCA at the Knife Center that its composition and character is much like 440C.
