There is an issue with pass through on these power stations. It only last an hour before it shuts off. Check out YouTube complaints.

I have ordered twice from Golabs. The first one worked for a few weeks then got an e02 error which just means part of it is just broken. My 2nd interaction with them I ordered from Amazon and got a used unit that has scratches all over, appeared used, and never powered on. Everyone pushes for the LiFePO4 cells lasting longer, but does it really matter if the rest of the components don't last? In my experience these seem to be great value… but poor quality and a bit of a gamble. I have also had zero luck reaching any type of customer support.

I was looking at this one [amazon.com] based on YouTube videos. I ended up taking a chance for $400 on a refurbed Bluetti EB70s [aliexpress.com] from the Bluetti store on AliExpress. Just ordered on Saturday so haven't received it yet. Ships from U.S. and reviews look good. It appears to be OOS now but they pop in and out of stock constantly.

I have a Golabs 300 watt power station and a Rockpals 600 watt power station. The Golabs 300 watt isn't for sale on this deal, but the Rockpals listed above is a very nice unit.

I'm dealing with a similar issue. I got an e03 on my R500 which I don't know what it means. I've barely used it. I also ordered their portable solar panel. The plug that looks like a laptop charger plug, didn't charge the battery but the MC4 connection did so I just kept it. The first warning was always showing 99% charge but it eventually showed the correct charge. Fast foward a few months later where it was not used but still within the 12 month warranty, it completely fails. I ran it down hoping to 'reset' the display. Now it doesn't charge at all. Contacted GoLabs via their warranty process, sent all the pertinent info(serial number, problem, order# and picture) last Wednesday and have yet to hear back from them. Sent a followup email to them a couple days ago via their Contact Me page and still nothing. So far I'm not impressed with their support.

I had amazing support from GoLabs after an Amazon purchase. Basically the R150 stopped fast charging via the PD 60w part. They helped me troubleshoot, but nothing worked so they refunded me the purchase price without having me send back the unit.

Fwiw, the unit started charging fine and I use it all the time!

How did you contact them? I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone or any feedback via the website.

Thanks you. What's lifepo4 you recommend for pass though on budget? I'm look for 500 wph or more .
I'd go for the Ecoflow river pro from Costco for $429. It's 720Wh.

I have owned two of the 300 watt stations. One was a replacement for the first one I bought when the led screen went blank. Did the company go out of business and this is why they are being sold on Woot?

This is great news! Thanks for the heads up. How long did shipping take?
I had bad luck with refurbish other products in the past. It broke in couple months.I told myself will never buy one again. But thanks for the suggestion . Is the bluetti uni any good?

I know some people have had less than great results with the Golabs power stations, but their solar panels are awesome.

Bought mine 2 days ago as soon as I saw it pop up on woot. It's a good price as I've been keeping my eye on a decent small power station for a few months now. Still too broke to buy the solar charger though.

Hi all, I bought the Golabs in the past and I needed support with it. My unit was charging and went dead, as in no lights on while it was charging. There was not way to figure out what happened so I reached out to them multiple times via my purchase. I could never get a contact back. Also calling their support phone # had a recording of "Due to covid, you need to submit an email for support".

I won't buy another product from them again. So buyer beware.

The exact same thing happened to mine. The screen went out but works sporadically. They had me send a video and they sent me a new one.
