Yep, local Ace or Uhaul fills these with 20lbs versus the 15lbs you get from the exchange places at twice the cost (seen them as high as $30 at the local gas station).

I just got it recently. I don't use the 1 lb coleman's anymore. Still the cheapest price around. Great if you go camping. My refill guy only charged me $1 for the refill last time.

Propane pricing is all over the place my local Uhaul charges $4.56 per gal, I can do an exchange at the local grocer cheaper than an refill at Uhaul, if you are lucky to have a propane shop nearby they are a good resource.
