I have 16 tabs open on my Chrome right now as I write this, and this Ryzen 3 CPU does not feel bogged down at all.

All that for $50 more? Way better.
Better than new with 1 year shady warranty through ChinaWay… I mean GateWay.

Plays minecraft well enough-- played some other games on it. logged a ton of POE on low. Build quality is decent for sure. Ran slow and booted slow with windows. for 250 this is a snag if your requirements aren't too high

I don't have the 4k service with my Netflix account, so I cannot test that. Even if I did, my HP with Ryzen 3 does not have the 4k resolution. Sorry. However, with the video streaming, it is your internet bandwidth that matters more than anything else. My understanding is that practically any recent generation CPU can handle Netflix 4k so long as you have the sufficient bandwidth and the screen/monitor that can handle the resolution.
On my HP with Ryzen 3 3250U, I have not had any problem with YouTube. Nor have any of my Zoom meetings experienced issues, despite the fact that I am on a relatively slow internet connection (I am on the road right now).
