I'd -happily- pay a game sub over tv sub any day if given a choice, but I'll pay for both when I can.
That said, I pay for both, but I paid upfront for GPU with an average so far of <$5/mo for access to entertainment and it's worth it for me and the kids. And I still buy games that I want to keep.
This is an easy and efficient choice for many, but good luck riding your horse. 👍

Because... An entertainment cost of $10-15/mo on games is bad, but $10-15/mo on TV shows is ok??? 🤷🤔🙃
