Do apple in store trade ins still work the same way they used to? They first pay you for the phone in store by crediting a debit card, then you buy it in a separate transaction….

Bought a iphone se 2020 back in Jan from Total Wireless. After 2 months when I check it was unlocked fine.

I am trying to use device now with a different carrier , but somehow it fail to activate and locked back again. Strange. Any inputs here

I realize this is currently OOS, but for those that bought a few, did you do them all at once or separately and using different email addresses?

I have a company paid phone but want to divorce myself from it in case I switch jobs (and take the phone # with me- the # was mine to begin with before I started). How good is TotalWireless with porting out a number?

Finally, their prices for service doesn't look that bad compared to what we're already paying for PagePlus for the wife and kid. Any reason I shouldn't use TotalWireless for service? We've been happy with Verizon for coverage and their 2 line cost isn't bad.

Does the unlock work if you activate with Tracfone?

I have tested the service and its very good but I like my cricket service Smilie. I used same email address but different browsers or computers last time due to cookies or otherwise. This time may not be a big deal. idk.
