That was the prior frontpage price. And it went oos. Lots of times amazon doesnt update the item page with MSRP, they just leave the prior sale price. Don't get caught up in MSRP though, its an arbitrary number. If the item is of use to you, looks to be quality, and is a good price, what does it matter what the msrp is?

Good deal and good reviews for those who need this. If you got kids, this is great for them so your backseat and floors aren't a trashcan. We used giveaway coolers from work that are similar. Line it with a plastic bag from the grocery store and you're good to go.

Yeah, I just received the one I bought from previous deal at $4.28, have not opened the package yet (but I guess I will not return and rebuy haha).
