Manufactured Home Financing for rental.

I am trying to find a lender for a new manufactured home:
My situation:
- 640 to 650 Credit Score
- Bankruptcy, 18 months after discharge
- lower 6 digit income
- very limited debt/expenses
- I have land to put the manufactured home on bought on owner finance through a family member
I want to use the manufactured house (single wide) as a rental. I cannot find anyone who will finance the manufactured home as a rental (I can if it were my primary home) with the recent bankruptcy and credit score. Does anyone know of a lending company who will handle this loan situation? VMF will not finance this.
