I grew up with Vicks. This has "fragrance" and titanium dioxide whereas Vicks has instead several oils and thymol. Vicks has an additional active ingredient of eucalyptus oil. They were both bought out in the 80s: Vicks by Proctor & Gamble, Mentholatum by Rohto, a Japanese company. Mentholatum is made in the US. Not sure about Vicks. Personally, I'd choose Vicks despite this and despite Mentholatum being a simpler product. At this price, I'd try Mentholatum.
