You need each stage to move up to the next one. Stage 1 comes with all of the blocks to 50 lbs, the other two sets add on to it.

Thanks OP. I've been watching daily for this so I could order Stage 2 & 3. I got Stage 1 just over a month ago and I'm very impressed so I want the complete set. I might not ever even need stage 3 but I will certainly reach 2.

I bought these plus the two expansions for almost full price elsewhere (minus $60). Would've loved this deal. If you are on the fence, hop off and buy them all. There is a con like you can't get a full wrist range of movement but that can also be seen as a pro. Also it's easier to grab one powerblock using two hands using two of the outside 'frame handles'

I have the exp too. I like that the grip is wider actually. It is also contoured so take that as you want.
I use them almost daily and absolutely love them. I recommend them to everyone. They're super durable. I like that they're flat on the sides so if you rest them on your thighs it's not like a point digging into you. I like that as you increase or decrease weight the size does as well. Plus having them go to 90 is a big bonus.

I read online that the USA stage 2 and 3 fit the exp, but none of the exp 2 or 3s will fit the USA. However, the caveat is that there's a size discrepancy, so I would honestly just get the exp 2/3 if you have exp.

Agreed - and I bought the Personal Trainer Set last year. I'm only at 25lbs at the moment and it's already kicking my bum lol. I know mine isn't expandable but it is going to take me a while to get to 50 lbs haha.

One of the things I really like about the PowerBlock is that you can set them vertically, which is nice when you're on your back lying on the floor and adjust the positioning of the weights.

I bought a different set of adjustable 90lb dumbells that are rounded and therefore a tad smaller than these. I'm 5ft 7in tall. a lot of excercises are hard to do because of the size of the dumbells. Maybe 6ft 3in Joe Manlyman doesn't have this issue, but just wanted to put that out there for anyone on the fence. Especially because when things get so big they get awkward, your form fails and you get injured. Enter my 6month long brachioradialis injury 😔... no sign of it getting better any time soon.

Probably wouldn't risk leaving them vertical for long periods of time otherwise it might warp. Once these warp it becomes dreadful to use.

I had some powerblocks but nothing beats a full set. I ended up selling mine after 6 years. The plates would get stuck. If you buy these make sure you have a stand for them. They will last you longer.

I assume because woot is essentially Amazon and Amazon only sells the "retailer" version of power blocks for the Elite EXP, these should be the "2020" model and it's compatible expansions right? About to pull the trigger on the stage 3 for my 2020 Set bought from Amazon
