Honestly these super autos are a fairly niche product, very expensive and somewhat complex machines. A real Coffee/espresso fanatic isn't going to buy one. The average person isn't willing to throw in 500-1.5k+ for one either.
These blow kuriegs and similar out of the water. Although I feel like this will pull shots similar quality to nespresso it's only worth it to buy if it's on a great sale or your doing a few shots a day. Because if your doing a few shots a day that nespresso becomes ridiculous cost wise. I had one issue with my machine after maybe 1000 cups but support was good and sent me some rubber gaskets that I put in myself which fixed the issue.
I have a higher end auto Gaggia and but for having to replace the grinder assembly, the thing has been great to get my fix when working from home. FWIW, have found that I don't need the automatic milk frother as much as I thought I did.
Also, there's a good chance they'll be refreshing these lines with a new iced coffee feature. There's a new version of the 3200 that has an iced coffee feature is already live at Williams Sanoma and Sur La Table. None of the older lines (up to 5400) implement the iced coffee feature:

lol you actually brought up kuriegs in this thread... you should also compare them to instant coffee while you're at it.
Only thing is that you need to keep the internal clean. That could take some time.
Definitely recommend it.
Its fantastic.
Don't bother with the latte go system, the wand is fine for frothing milk
