I've bought multiple Lego sets (Porche, Lambo, Millenium Falcon) from Zavvi and all have arrived in great condition.

And on the other end of the spectrum, most of the Technic shipments I've received from Zavvi have arrived with damaged boxes. Really depends on where you live and on DHL.
