Can you please DM that screenshot. Coscto is saying they do not have this item on promotion at that time, even though it was and not providing me any shop card

In the same boat. Never got the shop card after buying the 65" on the last day of the promo. Unfortunately I don't have any "proof" of the promo to show Costco to get a card/refund.

I haven't gotten my shop card either. I chatted with Costco rep on Sunday and the gal told me that I do qualify for the shop card but that it still is not two weeks from delivery. Exactly two weeks from delivery was yesterday and I asked if I was going to get it Tuesday (yesterday) and she stated I should receive it by the end of this week. I screenshot the chat just in case they claim something else. I'll give them to this weekend and hit them up again.

I got my $100 gift card emailed today. It was in my junk folder. The sender is [email protected]

I had to wait a while to chat with a costco rep online who had told me it was emailed today. So, that is why I checked my junk folder.
